Cancellation Policy
Licensing & Permits Vendors are responsible for obtaining any licenses, permits, or approvals required to operate in Redwood Falls. This may include business licensing, Minnesota sales tax registration, food permits, or other applicable requirements. Discover Downtown is not responsible for verifying vendor licensing. Booking & Payment Reservations must be made through the official booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation time. Changes made within 24 hours of the reservation will be charged 50% of the booking amount. No-shows will also be charged 50%. Vendor Responsibilities Vendors are responsible for setting up and removing their merchandise during their reserved time, keeping the kiosk clean, removing all items at the end of the reservation, and ensuring the kiosk is properly closed and secured. Damage & Liability Vendors are responsible for any damage to the kiosk, fixtures, locks, electrical components, or surrounding area during their reservation. Vendors agree to reimburse Discover Downtown for the reasonable cost of repair or replacement. Discover Downtown is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. Weather Policy Kiosks are outdoor spaces and operate in most weather conditions. In cases of severe or dangerous weather, Discover Downtown may cancel or reschedule reservations for safety. If canceled by Discover Downtown, vendors may reschedule or receive a full refund. Prohibited Items Illegal products, weapons, hazardous materials, open flames, grills, or alcohol sales without proper licensing are not permitted. Discover Downtown reserves the right to deny or cancel reservations that do not align with these guidelines. Agreement to Terms By reserving a Downtown Kiosk, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Downtown Kiosk Vendor Agreement & Booking Policy.
